Position Details
Key Tasks
- Billing/Invoicing
- Taking incoming calls/emails from clients and co-workers
- Sending quotes based on manager’s visits and notes
- Following up on quotes
- Entering 811 tickets (so the lines can be marked on each property prior to work starting)
- Collecting deposits
- Answering questions from clients
- Assisting in general office incoming calls
- Production Data Entry
Job Requirements
- Reliable Transportation
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Proficiency in Programs such as Email, QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, etc.
- Excellent communication and typing skills
- Ability to adjust in a fast-paced working environment and to work well in a small team
Job Schedule:
- Office working hours are 6am – 4pm with a 1 hour lunch. Additional hours may be available if wanted/needed.
How We Invest In You
- This is an hourly position, starting at $15/hour.
- We also cover 50% of health care costs, and offer dental and vision, but do not contribute to those costs.
- 15 Days of PTO given a year. This is prorated based on your start date
